An intuitive guided meditation into your core. This Aura Cleanse allows me to act as a door way into your subconscious as we send Reiki energy deep within. We walk through each major point through the mediation and I will use crystals and distance reiki to support the healing.

After the Reiki session, we will dive into a terror reading, dedicated to understanding your next steps and channeling your self. 

It will be 30 minutes of Reiki and 30 minutes of Tarot

J Davis-Jones has taken certified decolonized courses and workshops to understand and honor the practice. 

Reiki is a powerful universal life force energy and technique used in energy balancing for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. Reiki uses hand placement on the body to guide the flow of energy where it needs to be. With distance Reiki, energy can expand throughout space and time and is not limited to being in person. I will connect to the client using 7 crystals intuitively selected and placed to represent the clients current chakra alignment. This process will allow me to “physically” connect to the client along with Reiki symbol: Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen, which allows Reiki to be sent across space, time, past, present, and future.

After Receiving Reiki, it is important you follow these steps to restore and rejuvenate.

5. Self care such as a bath, journaling, or a walk in nature. Whatever feels right to your spirit.
