Policies for the Wildness Project Coaching Program

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your spot in the program.

Payment plans are available upon request and must be arranged before the first session.

Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of this program, refunds are not available once the program has been booked.

If unforeseen circumstances arise, you may contact me to discuss rescheduling or pausing the program.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any session. Failure to provide notice will result in the forfeiture of that session.

Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the program's 3-month timeline unless otherwise agreed upon.

The success of this program relies on your active participation and commitment to the outlined steps and homework.

Missed sessions or incomplete tasks may impact your results but will not result in refunds or additional sessions.

Direct email access is provided for urgent questions and support. I will respond within 48 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday).

Communication outside of email (e.g., texts, calls) is not included unless explicitly arranged.

All discussions, materials, and information shared during coaching sessions are completely confidential.

Your privacy and trust are a top priority.

If either party determines that the coaching program is no longer a good fit, the program may be terminated. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for completed or missed sessions.
